About Art Therapy

Although Follow Your Art is primarily a community art studio, it’s roots are grounded in the open studio model of art therapy. Art has the potential to change lives and often in profound ways. When words are not enough, we turn to images and symbols to tell our stories. And in telling our stories through art, we can find a path to health and wellness, emotional reparation, recovery, and ultimately, transformation.

This is a developing page where you can find more information about Art Therapy and offerings by art therapists at Follow Your Art. Check out the Open Studio Project, a long standing open art studio now based in Evanston, IL to get a better idea of what open studio art therapy is all about and see some of the long term vision for Follow Your Art.

Kris Rodolico maintains a small private practice seeing individual and group therapy clients. Contact the studio for more information.
