March at FYA

Soapbox time.

Creative activity calms, centers, energizes….I could go on forever. Being creative won’t solve the world’s problems, but it can help us face them. Bake, cook, write, sing, paint, draw, pound some clay, spray some watercolor, bang some pots…we can help with some of these, but you are creative. Come up with some more.

Spring Registration: We’ll have our Spring calendar up and running by the beginning of next week, with six weeks of programming for kids and adults to provide an opportunity to express your spring fever.

Adult Classes: We’ve had great success with our day and evening adult classes, adding a new session of Art 1:1 on Wednesdays. We’ll look to keep filling the need so keep an eye out for another round of Watercolor and Acrylic painting options in the late spring, including a Floral Painting Workshop on Sunday March 18th. Register here.

Summer? Yes, summer! Man, are you guys on the ball! We have gotten many requests for summer information, so we are making it a priority to get the summer registration up by the end of this month. The good news is that we are extending our summer program to cover more weeks, which means more spots and less chance of being closed out!

Finally, I just want to say that in a world when humanity could use a little more creative self expression, I grateful for the community support of our studio.

See you in the sunshine,
Kris and the FYA team
